Senior Advocate Prashant Jayaswal was born in a family of freedom fighters with his father having been a Member of the Law Commission and the Law Minister in the state of undivided Madhya Pradesh. He is a graduate in law from Delhi University. His litigating life spans 27 years at the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts and Tribunals across India.
